Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using JobProbe (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Not a guarantee of interview or job outcomes
JobProbe is a practice and feedback tool. It is designed to help you rehearse for interviews, not to guarantee that you will pass any interview, receive any job offer, or achieve any particular employment outcome. Scores, feedback, and reports are generated by automated systems and may be imperfect, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect. You should use your own judgment and, where appropriate, seek independent career advice.
Plans and billing
You can try the Service without registering in a guest session, limited to two interviews and to one guest session per device; to continue after that, create a free account. The Service offers a Free plan (currently 3 interviews per month, HR/Technical/Auto modes, questions based on your resume, and a full report after each interview) and a paid Premium plan (currently unlimited interviews and interviews built from a job posting), available as a monthly or yearly subscription at the price shown in Google Play before you buy. New accounts receive 3 Premium interviews free of charge once their email is confirmed (once per device), and invite-a-friend rewards may add free Premium time; promotional Premium does not renew automatically and requires no payment details. Plan features and pricing may change; if we increase the price of your active subscription, you will be notified before it takes effect. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Google Play Billing and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play; cancellation stops future renewals but, unless required otherwise by law or by Google Play's policies, does not refund the current billing period.
Invite a friend
Registered users can share a personal invite code. If a new user applies your code within 14 days of signing up, confirms their email, and completes their first interview, both of you receive free Premium time as described in the app. Rewards for the inviting user are capped. Codes may not be used on your own accounts or to otherwise game the program; we may withhold or revoke rewards obtained this way.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service; submit job postings or content that is unlawful, infringing, or contains third-party personal data you're not authorized to share; give abusive or deliberately off-topic answers (the interviewer may end such an interview early); or attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or plan entitlements.
Your content and license
You retain ownership of the job postings, resumes, and other text you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and use it solely to operate and improve the Service for you (for example, to parse a job posting into questions, to extract details from your resume to personalize interviews, or to generate feedback on your answers). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any job posting, resume, or other content you provide.
AI-generated content
Feedback, scores, improved-answer suggestions, and interview questions are generated with the help of third-party AI models (see our Privacy Policy for sub-processors). This content is provided for practice purposes only and may contain errors; it does not constitute professional, legal, or career advice.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or employment opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Ukraine. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live, or of the right to bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the "last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we will provide a more prominent notice before they take effect.
